OUR STORY
Chef Benjie De Los Santos began in the kitchen at 15, worked his way through the ranks, and earned his culinary degree from St. Philip’s College. After years of corporate cooking and life on the road.
Things changed when his wife turned to him after watching the movie "Chef" and said, “You need to do that. Your son’s about to be a senior—you should be here for it.” Benjie cashed out his 401K, opened a food truck, and started serving flavorful, from-scratch comfort food that quickly built a loyal following.
By 2017, Benjie’s Munch had a home of its own — and a reputation for turning classic dishes into crave-worthy creations!

INSIDE BENJIE'S MUNCH

At Benjie’s Munch, the walls tell a story. The artwork you see around the restaurant was created by Benjie’s father-in-law, whose talent and heart live on through every piece. He has since passed, but his work continues to bring color, comfort, and a little extra soul to the space we call home.
